Mini-Dry-Bulk Listing Noise

Recs

March 11, 2010 – Comments (5) | RELATED TICKERS: PRGN , OCNF

So PRGN is moving to NYSE, and OCNF is being threatened with delisting...  I hold a roughly equal sized position in both (what can I say, I'm a sucker for risk). Both started off as part of my spec segment, and this would seem to be sign to I am batting .500

Anybody else in a similar boat?  I can't get past my beliefe that OCNF is worth more, can anyone disabuse me of this notion and convince me to either bulk up (no pun intended) my PRGN or put the cash to work elsewhere?

Looks like OCNF is going to put a 3:1 reverse split on the next ballot.

I own OCNF.

I bougth a small amount of shares at 1.03 and I rebuy a very small new postion at 0.75.

I know it is a risky bet but if the company can manage the situation it will reward a lot.   A poker player could say it has "pot odds"

I also own this - got in at 0.88

I have been seriously thinking of dumping this now ....  a reverse split is never a good sign ...

 Thoughts ?

I'm probably not in a very good position to be making a call... My inclination is to buy a little more (to get to an even multiple of 3) since I have already tagged this as a risky play anyway. (it's one of my "house money" holdings).

That said, I can fully understand your desire to dump.  The question is to what?  if you can find something better to buy with similar exposure and similar or better upside potential then please do share...  Personally I wrestle with whether or not to roll what i can make out of selling this into PRGN which I already hold.

Darn it.. wish I had added my small addition BEFORE this news of 3 fixed charters broke...

Well anyway a quick after market buy brings me to an even multiple of 3 and also slighly lowers my Cost Average... now this is in the "hold but monitor" category.
