More and More Predicting War

November 16, 2009 – Comments (3)

PhD economist Marc Faber predicts that the U.S. will launch a war to distract people from the bad economy. ain't hard.  The banks have looted the money.  Our nation is going broke as more and more get fired, businesses shut down, and government runs out of tax ravenenues.

At some point, the people figure it out....unless you distract them.

Update: City of Tracy - Possible 14% Reduction in Police Force

St Joseph County - Considers Layoffs

What a joke, you make it sound like Faber just recently jumped on this bandwagon.  He made this prediction months ago.

Breaking news!  We're already fighting a couple wars.  Gov't doesn't need to start a new war, they just need to put a twist on one of the existing wars to offer us a distraction.  Now the only question is, how can we use that distraction to our financial advantage?

Stocks Soar as Retail Sales Rebound in October- AP

Retail sales ex-autos at 0.2%, miss expectations of 0.4%, huge downward September compared to 2008, sales are off 1.7%.

And we keep getting smaller and smaller......

Businesses cut inventories for 13th straight month

And more and more of our cities, counties and states are making deeper and deeper cuts.....

Sussex County Jail - Proposes 40 Job Cuts

Sullivan County - 49

It is pretty simple, you raise interest rates and cut off credit to an overleveraged credit dependent economy......much of the economy shuts down.

As things get worse, how does government  explain bailing out the banks and shutting down everything else to the citizens????
