OK, so water does matter!  With the heat baking big chunks of AMERIKA, water will be needed.  Not optional.  With dryness comes....wildfires.  You need water.  Now, finally, MWA is getting some respect because the log jam of programs and contracts to fix the SoCal water infrastructure is underway.  3rd & 4th gen CA farm families had to STOP growin' veggies 'cause they needed the little water they had for the TREES.  It's year 3 in the draught and guess what?  Some do not and may never accept the data about DRYNESS.  MWA over $5 today.
