LNUX Director and Gladwyne Principal Suzanne Present acquires another 2.4M shares Dec 8-10 at prices ranging from $0.67 - $0.89/share on the heels of SourceForge's December 4th announcement of its hiring of Scott L. Kauffman as its CEO and Board Director. LNUX was upgraded by MDB Capital on December 2nd from Neutral to Buy shortly after SourceForge announced Q1 fy2009 ending 31 October 2008 numbers on November 25th. Scott Kauffman was the former President and COO of online advertising firm Blue Lithium which was acquired by Yahoo! in September 2007 for $300 million. Kauffman was hired by Blue Lithium in September 2006.

The reported today that Marlin Sams Fund LP aka Suzanne Present, member of (NASDAQ:LNUX) Board of Directors,  was the top Open-Market puchaser on Tuesday of shares of SourceForge.
