Does anyone know of a web site that can screen for companies that have recently started paying a dividend?

I've put together a small list, just based on my own observations:

Tractor Supply (TSCO)
Cisco (CSCO)
Littelfuse (LFUS)
Mercado Libre (MELI)
FLIR (FLIR)

Looks like American Tower (AMT) will start paying a dividend soon, based on http://www.fool.com/investing/general/2011/05/04/one-hidden-dividend-play-for-growth-investors.aspx

I forgot to mention that Starbucks (SBUX) just started one, too.

I think I may just end up scanning for press releases that mention the companies starting a dividend.
