Here are some of the tickers I have requested in the last few months. Thanks TMF team for adding all these so quickly.
I have never bought anything trading on the pink sheets, although I have made plenty of OTCBB trades. Maybe sometime soon. The only problem is they demand more research. Does anyone have any good resources besides FT.com for pink sheet stock info?
BCBHF.PK http://caps.fool.com/Ticker/BCBHF.PK.aspx
BCB Holdings Limited is a Belizean bank which also serves Turks and Caicos and international customers. BCBH's subsidiaries include The Belize Bank, British Caribbean Bank, British Caribbean Bank International and Numar, a Costa Rican palm oil company.
It is not very easy to find information on this stock - for example FT.com which is my first source for pink sheet issues does not have the financial information. Their website seems to be the best source: http://www.bcbholdings.com/
The company is current on their financial reports, with the most recent filed February 26, 2010. Earnings were $15M over the last quarters and $43M over the last 3 quarters, so earnings for the full year may be around $57M. The market cap is $170M, so unless my math is wrong, that is a current PE around 3! However, earnings declined from the year ago period when they were $52M for the first three quarters, which management attributed to a poor economy in Belize and Turks and Caicos. Nevertheless, at the current multi-year lows this appears to be a great buying opportunity.
HGVLY.PK http://caps.fool.com/Ticker/HGVLY.PK.aspx
Highveld Steel and Vanadium (formerly HSVLY and HSVLF.PK) is a South African mining and metals company. It is currently trading at 8.8x trailing earnings and 2.2x tangible book. The balance sheet is high quality. The last two quarters have been poor but I expect them to rebound. Highveld has not traded this low since 2004.

KLBAY.PK http://caps.fool.com/Ticker/KLBAY.PK.aspx
Klabin is a Brazilian forestry, paper and packaging company. They are currently trading at 26x earnings and 2x tangible book. They had a poor 2008, putting up a loss, but earnings have rebounded to more normal levels the last 3 quarters. I believe they are priced at only 7-9x forward earnings. Revenue and earnings growth will probably continue to be fairly slow - this is more a value/defensive/dividend play. This looks like a decent entry point after a pullback from $32.
FPAFY.PK http://caps.fool.com/Ticker/FPAFY.PK.aspx
First Pacific is a Hong Kong-based conglomerate with operations in telecommunications, infrastructure, consumer food products, and natural resources in the Philippines, Indonesia and elsewhere. Their subsidiaries include First Philippine Infrastructure, Benpres Holdings, Philex Mining, Indofood Agri Resources, PT Lajuperdana Indah and Indolakto.
After a big 2009 rally, the company currently trades at 9.7x trailing earnings and .58x sales. Earnings were up sharply in 2008 but now appear to have settled closer to trend. They have grown revenues by about 14% CAGR over the last 5 years and income by about 17%. One negative is that tangible book is negative and they have a serious (but manageable) debt load.

MADKY.PK http://caps.fool.com/Ticker/MADKY.PK.aspx
Madeco is a Chilean manufacturer of copper, aluminum, metal alloys, PVC and flexible packaging products. They formerly traded as MAD but voluntarily delisted to the pink sheets a few months ago.
It is not easy to find information on the company (other than their website), and it is not clear to me why revenue plunged the last two quarters. They sold their wire and cable unit in 2008 which would account for some decline in revenue. But I believe the current price is significantly below liquidation value.
