Nickel stockpiles Are Starting to drop from Recent High.

April 08, 2014 – Comments (1) | RELATED TICKERS: VALE

Nickel stockpiles reached a high of 287,000 tonnes at LME recently, a small drop in stock piles has occurred, I am ready to call the top in nickel stockpiles and the bottom in nickel prices has most likely occurred already, however a upper limit of $9 a pound is being set until stockpiles reach 175,000 tonnes or lower.

VALE is currently around $15 in April 2014 as the nickel stockpiles go down VALE will become more pleaseant to talk about on wall street.

a note on China resource consumption. Ever wonder why there are ghost cities in China?

The Chinese aqueduct project is 10 times larger then the dam project in terms of the amount of concrete that will be used, China is not slowing down the aqueduct do not be fooled about China. Once the aqueduct is finished all the lights will go on in those ghost citys you see in China and the people will follow.

remember this be in VALE before the stockpiles start dropping too much because in time the stockpiles will begin to dry up and when the stockpiles are less then 40,000 tonnes it will be too  risky to buy in due to intervention by the  central bank in the USA which will initiate a curb in demand by using "the weapons of mass financial destruction" which will cause the next recession in around 2017-2018 so that nickel stockpiles can begin going up again.
