No Alarms and No Surprises Please
No alarms and no surprises
No Fool should be surprised at the carnage today. A well read Fool knew what was coming. You do not need to call your mom or your broker or your brother in law second cousin, when you can log on to CAPS and see what the Top Fools are saying.

Friday, October 3, 2008: Bailout bill passed, signed into law
S&P 500 close: 1099.23
Like I said before, the crash will happen regardless of whether the bailout happens.

Four of the top ten bloggers are bearish. The number one and number two players are bearish. I have been bearish for a year. I am a Top Blogger, an AllStar, and Top Pitch writer.
It should have been an easy read at what the likely direction of this market was. SPECBEAR, DWOT, alstry and I are almost all RED THUMBS.
My holdings are shown with $ and I usually write a pitch to explain my positions. My point, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO LOOSE MONEY IN A DOWN MARKET. You just have to access, who and what makes sense and who is right.
Is it that hard here at Fool? SPECBEAR has been # 1 or 2 almost the entire year, Dwot has been top 10-20 and is an active poster. astry and I post regularly on bearish points....
I understand hindsight is 20/20....
