No Jobs and Free Land in California

June 20, 2009 – Comments (9)

This is something the Institute of Alstrynomics predicted over a year ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Land is free in parts of Calif.

Us: How cheap is land near civilization? We’ve heard of outrageous discounts and/or free in remote parts of SoCal!

Michael: You are right. Land is free in several parts of California where the purchase price does not even cover the cost of land improvements. This is due to home prices which have gotten so low that one couldn’t afford to improve the lots, let alone pay anything for the land......

Land with houses on it are basically free in many depressed parts of the country.....expect this condition to spread as the Zombulator spreads Zombatic Fallout across America triggering the FU virus.

Soon you too will realize if we continue down this same path....America will SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Prepare......Alstry has only been warning you for a year and a half.......providing detailed facts supporting his thesis.

Maybe your virtual America  will shut down. The real America will not shut down. No one is going to rob stores and noone is going to riot into the state of anarchy.

That's pretty sharp, Alstry.  Homebuilding is a major leading indicator, both ways.  I've never seen anything like this, ever.

In case you're wondering, there is a major movement afoot in the mainstream press to happy talk the economy and the market up.  This is a very deliberate tactic on the part of the Media.  It will fail and The People will feel lied to again.  This effort by the media to wonder off into the world of propaganda, and not truth, will result in an even greater correction than I was originally anticipating.

This is going to be absolutely brutal.   With tensions now rising in Iran, it could get downright stupid in a heartbeat.

What you seem to imply is that Alstry wants this to happen....NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH!!!

What I am asserting is if we keep down this same path most business, families and government will go bankrupt.....that my friend is an easy path to see.

My role is simply to warn you.  Would you prefer I lie?????

Some boob says land is free.  HA!  Right!  Where exactly are they giving it away?   This is like one of those "As seen on TV" ads - just pay $XXXX for shipping and handling (cost of land improvements)

And one comment for *Evl* . . .

I for one do fear increased crime and chaos in California. Unfortunately I am sandwiched between two of the worst crime cities in the nation.  Most of their city funds are provided by the state (because they've chased tax-paying businesses out with regulations and high insurance rates) and they already spend less per resident on their police departments than the national average.  As our Guv-a-nator pulls back funds, they are looking at reducing their already low spending on cops.

There is a reason gun sales are up.
