Amazing while the market is crashing they are soaring. Is it possible that naive investors sold all their red colored stocks and bought these two with the proceeds?

Given that ICOP has a market cap of 8.3 million, it can't be that many people buying it.

ICOP sold 100 20/20 something or other devices to Homeland Security in an "initial sale".  Their website says they won't disclose terms of the sale until DHS releases the info for security reasons.  I tried to find out how much a 20/20 thingy costs, but couldn't find anything on it.  My guess, and it's a pure guess, is that they're about $10K.  So $10K x 100 = $1M.  Not a whole lot of dough.

I think with overall market conditions, this momentum play is probably over. But I'll keep it on watch, just in case.

It's half as much as I thought.  One re-seller has it for sale at $5200.

Well it looks like ICOP was junk and CALL is the real Deal.

Market meltdown the last two weeks has been well recieved by CALL as they tend to gain on people's cash flow problem with a falling stock market by promising to eliminate peoples phone bill thus increase their cash flow per month with the help of "Magic Jack."
