Just a heads-up, the group Anonymous is planning on erasing the NYSE on October 10th. See for yourself:

I wonder if they're also planning on erasing every single site that reports on the NYSE? That'd be a LOT of hacking. You know you may be a capitalist when...    you're asking yourself if you want to load up on puts or low-ball limit orders in advance of this event.

 

PS. Hey wait, is the NYSE even open on Columbus Day?? Now THAT would be funny...   "oh crap, it's not a market day..."

PPS. Why would you execute on a day when everyone's been warned and security is uber-high??

Good point, the Bush government and Greenspan did hand them the keys to the city. But marching on the capitol and picketing the white house has been done to death. I think there's something cool about a bunch of people sitting around and protesting in the financial epicenter.
