Tesla motors should begin trading today and this stock reminds me of the .com days all over again.....thoughts?

Regardless, I'd short Tesla in CAPS after its initial run up.

It would appear that, unless there is continued high-level support from the uber-wealth and celebrity crowds that isn't actually in their best financial interest, the answer is probably no.

I would really like for Tesla to be a success story with their stock trading at $55/share two years from now...but that simply won't happen.

maybe they move to korea or china in the future?....I think the play here could be on the battery maker as they could sell to anybody and a gas/electric plug-in seems like the most likely out come for the future of the auto industry...
