All 3 companies are at fault and if you take the cash of all 3 it does not add up to the cleanup estimates of $30B - $40B needed.

I wouldnt say that...I think the effects of fertilizers and other chemicals flowing from rivers into lakes and oceans creating Dead Zones is much worse and has been going on for decades.
