OK, I'm going to try this again.

I'm looking for a few more people to test out my new website. I realize that my last post might have made this sound too much like work so I'm trying again.
What I have is a social networking website much like Facebook, but once a user signs on there is a variety of blogs that they can access. I was originally going to make it just like Facebook as far as collecting enough info from members to be able to connect them with friends and family on the site but the difference was going to be that I wasn't going to leverage your friends with that info and I was going to keep that info private after you connected.
After talking with the initial test bloggers, I scrapped that idea. They didn't really seemed to have the need to connect with friends and family. So even though they were happy to give me the intial info that I asked for, I did not use it on the site. The site is hard wired to at least get a full name, but I didn't even use that info and made up names for the test bloggers.
What I found out was that people connected anyway. Even with my small group of test bloggers. So I got the social networking part right, I just thought incorrectly that people would want to know the people they were networking with.
The truth is that they really didn't care and content was enough to connect them. Even with the limited amount of content with the few bloggers that I have right now.
So what I'm looking for is a few more people that will go on my site, blog if they want, read the blogs that are there, play a couple of the 1000 plus games, report the bugs and errors that they see, and give me a wish list of what they would like to see.
I am really excited with the framework of the site and have more ideas than I have enough years to implement.
Even if you are not interested in playing around on the site, please rec this so enough people that might will see it.
One thing I'd really like to try before I go live though. I have installed software called courseware that creates a virtual university inside of a social networking framework. If anyone is a teacher, I could really use someone to play with this and give an opinion of how useful it may be. I have a ton of ideas that fit into my personal philosophy of cooperative independence and freedom of information and I would really like to get this software to do the things that I think that it can.
Thanks to all,
Chris
