riiiiiiiiiight, get rid of regulation, that worked great a few years ago. Schiff is talking his book. He's flat out lying about not knowing he wasn't supposed to hire people. He made a business decision and was willing to live with the cost because the profit was big enough. You know, like cars that blow up. Don't stop building 'em until the lawsuits outstrip the profits.
BTW, the dollar is going to trade in a range that drifts higher for years, probably a couple decades as that is in the Chinese interests and we are now a net exporter of energy.
Leaving other arguments aside, do you really think it's a good idea that there are regulartions in place where companies are fined for hiring too many people, particularly when unemployment is at 9%?
