kdakota Thanks for posting these. It's always good to hear from Peter. I'm shaking my head here because I know he is right on nearly every point. One of the things that happens when Stock Markets go Bust is that Speculators always gravitate to Commodities trading. Bull and Buyside Traders just go there because that's their trading side and they leave Equity Markets. Peter probably knows that and is certainly alluding to it. His Economic Opinion that fewer goods and higher markups is the future is probably also correct. This is very similar to what happened in the 70's. One of the ways this is done is literally by filling up the Ketchup Bottle halfway and charging the same price. I remember my mother complianing about it in the 1970's.
