Please Don't Shoot the Messengers
I already rec'd that post, Sinchi. LOL!
If we followed the constitution we wouldn't have an income tax?
Has he read the 16th amendment?
His point is that it wasn't in the original body of the constitution when it was formed by the founding fathers and this nation essentially wasn't built on the idea of an income tax. People are free to disagree, but I feel his argument and the context he was applying to that statement was clear enough here.
