Hello Fools,

 Can someone advise where I can find info regarding the details of the CYTR spin-off to RXII on March 13 2008?  I am about to sell the shares and need to know how much the RXII shares cost me.  My purchase prices currently shows $0.00.  Thanks.  Happy Holidays!

I think your basis in RXII is zero because all of your intial cost remained with your CYTR shares.  When you sell your CYTR shares, if you haven't already, then you will take into account your basis in CYTR.
