"And Here's the Pitch!"

Small note: I would love for my fellow Fools as consistently as possible to pitch each pick you make on CAPS. Even if it's a basket of stocks in a sector, write one pitch with your sector-based thinking and then for each other stock just link to that pitch.
If you're like me, you find an individual's thinking at least as interesting, if not twice as interesting, as the pick itself, and it enables you better to understand why they're doing what they're doing. It's a Golden Rule thing, too. I want you to do it, and so I do it -- I believe I have done it for every CAPS pick I've ever made.
It also makes CAPS a better and better place.
So think twice before making your next pick. I'm not saying hesitate to make the pick! I'm saying (a) think once is "I'm making this pick" and (b) think twice is, "Oh, and here's my pitch -- short or long -- to explain to my fellow Fools my rationale."
If you're like me, you accelerate your own learning by being able to refer back to your own pitches over time.
It's almost baseball season. So here's another memory trigger: Every time you hear, "And Here's the Pitch!" -- well -- throw it! :)
Fool on (and go Tar Heels!),
