Yes...why just this morning I saw consumer #126A56368BB6352 buying $30 worth of junk food in a gas station that would have cost $15 at the grocery store 2 blocks away.  Of course...they used a state EBT card...so I guess "shopping around" wasn't a priority.  The "consumer" is truly back at last...thank (insert diety/fairytale character).....:)
