"People gotta" do a lot of things
I don't understand when people pick stocks and the pitch is "people gotta (insert what the company does here)"
If you think a fad is over its reasonable to redthumb it and say that nobody wants the junk anymore.
But people will pick a food stock and say "people gotta eat". So no matter what the metrics are, that makes food stocks a good investment? No.
People also gotta live, does that make houses a great investment at all times? Definitely not.
People gotta do a lot of things, doesn't mean you should invest in them all.
