As part of an effort to get my score back into positive territory I'm going to be entering picks on newly public stocks I used to ignore. An idea I had last week inspired this change in strategy.

I won't go into details here, but it does involve making use of websites more short-termoriented than this one.

Something that would help would be a minor change in this site's methodology. To be precise, having the option of "flipping" an "outperform" pick to an "underperform" without having to end the old pickand start a new one. Or the other way around when appropriate.

Would other Fools like that or not?  Be honest if you don't like the idea, please.

If you can't convincingly describe why your strategy will be profitable, the changes of it working are pretty close to zero.

Also, TMF is not going to implement your proposed rule change so I wouldn't waste any time on that.

It's an exoeriment, not a proven strategy I have in mind. An attempt to find stocks both short-termers and long-termers can agree on.

And in any case I lose nothing by trying. Whether the site implements my idea or not.
