Ucore is interesting, too. Their Bokan Mountain property in Alaska is supposed to have large HREE reserves (disprosium and terbium, notably) that Mt Weld and Mountain Pass don't. It's underground, so the economics are probably a lot worse compared to Lynas' or Molycorp's surface mines. But the HREE's have military applications, so it might be developed anyway.
