Recycle Tech crashing despite pumping and PR

A quick lesson in the vagaries of penny stock promotions.
A barrage of thin-gruel PR (see below) hasn't kept Recycle Tech from crashing today. 7.5 million shares of this junk pile have changed hands before noon today. Who do you suppose is selling? Why do you suppose the PR and the stock promotion all came out the same week?
And we still don't know who's paying for this pump job. Remember, according to the filings, only Joseph Meuse and Recycle Tech itself could own enough shares to pay titanstocks what it claimed it was paid to try and pump this with its promotions.
I've called recycle tech to ask them that question. No surprise, the call wasn't returned.
