*OMG*   15 P/E?  Reasonable....more than reasonable...

*OMG*  4.5%  Dividend Yield????

And this is just my preliminary research on the stock....

*OMG*  No DEBT!?!?

I will have to do some SERIOUS thinking..... In order for someone like me to go into RMCF I would have to sell off one of my stocks and pour it straight into RMCF.

Hmmmm....  I already have 6 stocks and do not want to split my cash holdings into  a 7th.

*UGH*  1 thing I don't like is the total lack of a stock purchase in the last 5 years according to Scottrade charts.

But..... on the bright side one insider received 2 separate stock gifts in he $8 range....  T'Would be improbable to believe the company is just going to let its share price deteriorate in the short-term, thus eroding the value of the recent stock gifts...

And all in all we have tons and tons of insider ownership on the stock.

I looked at RMCF awhile back - liked it fairly well, but never bought because I couldn't see where the business model is going.  Malls are in desperate straits these days with no sign of an imminent turnaround, and freestanding candy stores are a really tough sell.  It looks like a well-run business but with malls dropping like flies, it's hard for me to see how RMCF won't be facing a difficult challenge for the foreseeable future.
