My score finally went totally negative 2 days ago since it touched 6000 CAPS points in March. A 20% jump is MGM will cost me 60pt.

However, I just noticed today that I came back to 98% rating camp thanks to commodity, basic materials, water transportation stocks that I added in recent weeks. Even though DJIX / SP500 are relatively flat,

In my CAPS and portfolio a few out-performers:

DRYS + 17% (EGLE 9.5%, NM 4.6% after recent monster moves)

ANR + 15% AKS + 9.5% (X 8.7%, ZEUS 10%, STLD 6%)

ASH 5%

MOS 4.5%, IPI 3.5% CLF 8.7%

DOW went up 18% yesterday Will the trend last?

I recalled last year that major indexes started long-lasting downtrend the day after May options expired. Will it repeat again? I'll be buying some puts to protect my gains in real life as we approaching mid-May.

Careful... domestic (U.S.) commodity equities with reliance on U.S. and European demand could be in for a brutal near-term correction.
