Should S&P be prosecuted????
For intentionally putting out false guidance on RYL?
Under the current laws of physics and time it takes to construct a house, there is no way RYL's revenues could be down only 6% when it started the quarter with a 40% lower backlog and over 50% less specs in a slow selling environment with record price declines.
If its guidance was based on material non public inside information due to extraordinay land sales, should management of RYL be prosecuted for not disclosing it to shareholders??
