"...On a GAAP basis, net loss for the first quarter of 2009 was $7.4 million, including a $4.6 million impairment charge for the Company's investment in CollabNet, or $0.12 per share, compared to a GAAP net loss of $0.9 million, or $0.01 per share, for the same period a year ago..." A replay of both the teleconference and audio web cast will be available for 90 days..." as it has for every every earnings announcement, however, is conspicuously absent.

This webcast has finally been posted but inexplicably stops after seconds and is available here. It is not pretty...It took Kauffman and Morris approximately twenty (20) minutes to report numbers [allegedly] turning SEC Rule 10b-5 and all related State and Federal Securities Laws/Regulations...upside down...the twenty minute prelude sounded more like a plea for mercy viz-a-viz a child or a wife-beater offering his wife a rose* after beating her every day for 90 days or a focus group (Kauffman and Morris) from the set of Twin Peaks where the shareholders on the call were observing the effects of a new seratonin reuptake inhibitor...
* SourceForge's contemporaneous announcement of its acquisition of OHLOH.

Just listened to the call. I guess it is still "trading near cash". I gave them an "outperform" (relative to the S&P 500 index) call in comment #120 here on March 7 at $0.88. I guess that call has not done that well so far ...
