I just need to share this act of shear stupidity on the behalf of CapitolOne, the lame excuse of a credit card company. I received a check for $.13 from these idiots in a $.44 envelope that took I would guess 20 minutes to process at say $30/hr ( includes total burden). Total cost +/- to return  $.13 overpayment: $10.13. Ridiculous business model!!!!

 4everlost... I do not think that gov regs apply. I say this because I have negative balances on other accounts that have been that way for a length of time. That leads me to believe it the stupidity of Cap1
