Great told-ya-so post here on housingpanic about a synonym-slinging Realtor from Phoenix, Greg Swann, who, despite living in the poster-city for ridiculous speculation, confidently predicted that those who were telling the truth would be bawling.

Along with housingpanic, I wonder when the ultra-wrong, housing-bubble pocket stuffers like this guy will finally come out and admit that they had things completely backwards, and why.

When the dot com bubble popped people were left with some internet sites that were garbage and made no revenue. At some point the real estate bubble will leave us with some abandon properties, that those with cash can buy cheap. The largest land owner in home town, made his purchases during the depression, when no one had money.

for pennies on the dollar.
