Tax The Top 5% Of Income Earners $100K Each

Every man, woman and child in the top 5% of Income Earners should be taxed $100K EACH to cover the DEFICIT....(this is not the total Federal Debt).
That would be about 15,000,000 people being taxed a $100K surcharge per year until the Federal Deficit is eliminated.......
Why the top 5%?.....or those making over $200K per year.......because the only reason they make over $200K per year is because the government is running such a massive deficit.
If the government wasn't running such as large deficit, they would not be making anywhere close to the income they are currently making.....
As such, since they are the primary beneficiaries of the government deficit.....they should be the ones to cover it.....and the first place we should start are government workers making over $200K per year.......
and since the bottom 70% of the population pays less than 10% of the taxes anyway......ALSTRY PROPOSES ALL TAXES FOR THE BOTTOM 70% OF THE POPULATION INCOME EARNERS BE ABOLISHED!!!!!......and doing so would not have a material impact on the tax receipts but would have a significant impact on the spending and savings of those families.
Think about it....you would only piss off 5% of the population...the 5% that is disproportionately benefitting from the deficit......and 95% would be much happier because there would be NO Federal Deficit and the dollar would get much stronger and the price of everything would fall.
