Maybe you're like me you've tested out a few different CAPS avatars and wished that CAPS would let you upload your own (some day). I spent the first 6 months on CAPS as a "rugged cowboy":
In fact, I used to joke during demos that CAPS would analyze your stock picks and assign a default avatar to reflect what CAPS thought you looked like...
I've always felt we missed an opportunity with avatars to create a "community within a community." For a time, I was a rugged cowboy. There are hundreds of rugged cowboys on CAPS. Shouldn't we hang out together? Shouldn't we be able to band together to compete against the crazy clowns?
How do we compare as stock pickers against the clowns or evil nurses?
When stopped being a cowboy and became a knight (hey, things change), was I joining a more elite group of stock pickers?
And how should I feel about the cartoon dude that I've become?
Am I the only one who asks these types of questions? I mean really, who is smarter the martini glasses crowd or the pigeons?
