Capitalism without failure is like Christianity without hell.....Kyle Bass

Technology is replacing the need to labor in a system the depends on human labor to generate capital.  Going forward, not only will education be free...we will actually pay people to learn.  Plus we will bonus them for contributions made to society.

As advancing efficient technology kills Industrial Capitalism...expect humanity to move forward into Knowledge Based Economies.....

The place Alstry has been telling you we are heading.....

Capitalism doesn't depend as totally on human labor as Marxists think it does.  Intelligent use of the fruits of one's labor is a bigger factor than the pompous Karl Marx thought it was. The world has sufferred greatly from Mr. Marx's peculiar ability to convince people to overestimae his intelligence.

IBM Watson can replace about 50% of our current workforce.....

How does Industrial Capitalism look with 50% unemployment.

Already over half the nation is not working and we are running Trillions in deficits.....watch what happens as technology replaces tens of millions of more jobs...

You can't stop human advancement....and right now technology is advancing a lot faster than humans

Assuming it can (an very big leap), it would simply mean that our economy would be able to produce all that it produces now, and each of us would only have to spend half as much time at work in so doing.

Sounds like a winner to me!
