This is the message you will receive if you visit Healthcare.gov. It is kind of misleading considering the fact that the Exchange (now called Marketplace) are still not functional. I am fortunate enough to have employer sponsored health insurance, but my interest got the best of me today so I figured I'd attempt to enroll in the Marketplace. The site has made some progress. I was able to get through 2 registration pages (email address, password, security questions) before clicking "Submit" only to have my request time out. We are now on day 10 of the Marketplace's existence and it is still extraordinarily difficult to impossible to enroll in a plan. Keep in mind that the Marketplace aspect is the foundation of the ACA and above and beyond the most critical piece of the legislation. So, ponder this, the Federal Government had 3 full years to create this online Marketplace, Beta test it, and work out the bugs all the while knowing how important it is...and they failed miserably. And these are the same people you want to task with solving the country's healthcare crisis? This is a great prelude to what is coming folks.

On the surface it looks like gross imcompetancy for sure. But I submit to you it is purposely done, with the intention of frusterating the public into accepting one sourse government provider. Blue Cross Blue Shield woork with these idiots to guide them through the Marketplace opening. What does that tell you?

Good luck to all of us...
