I saw this article about Canada reversing the "brain drain" this morning.

There has never been so little opportunity for the US's own graduates; people displaced from high paying jobs are having to take much lower income; there certainly isn't the opportunity for Canadians to scoop in and take those highly limited and declining high paying jobs.

But hey, they plugged the brain drain...

Now I just wonder how many tax payer dollars they are flushing down the toilet for this...

I whole-heartedly agree.  Those people eat entirely too much bran.
