This is pure plagurism. Shameless copying of anothers work. Even the title. So instead I will give you the link to the 'Jeff Matthews is Not Making This Up' webblog, a place I like to visit once in a while. It is a short, entertaining read.

And his most recent post, has me thinking of dwot.

I saw the article Jeff Matthews referred to about China.  It isn't the first piece I've seen about a serious housing bubble in China as well.

And the buybacks, yes, but the guy is on the weak side.  What is disgusting me about them is the executives seem to be selling their options into the buybacks.

Well, notice I'm not vested?

And, although there are problems everywhere, I like being not vested in Canadian dollars much more than I would in US dollars.
