Take what was once the most productive nation in human history.....

Outsource most of its production to foreign nations

In exchange, and to mask the loss of revenues from outsourced production, frauduently lend it and its citizens tens of trillions of dollars so the population can consume and live a lifestyle never seen before by man without really having to work very hard

Make sure the population, businesses, pensions, investments and government becomes dependent on massive fraudulent lending and consumption to function....

and then...FLASH....INTENTIONALLY start to cut off credit and watch the nation of consumer junkies rip apart and suffer as fewer and fewer are able to consume...businesses shut down......and tax receipts evaporate.....

Then the problems really start to perculate:

government starts to go after its people as it becomes more and more desperate for money.....the people get angry and angrier at government as government takes more and more and the people have less and less.......

and when conditions get bad enough and the government is unable to borrow money, it is forced to counterfeit money simply to maintain the illusion of the consumption economy its population has become addticted ........ but calls it QE2 so few really understand what is happening.....

by counterfeiting....it drives up the costs of everything for its population further crashing the consumption lifestyle......forcing government to take even more draconian measures to raise funds......

it is amazing how many think they are entitled to a pension, or investment return, or IRA even though it was funded by fraudulent lending and spending....and now that they know it....they still don't want to accept the truth.

You think any of this happend by accident?

When you fraudulently loan a nation trillions of dollars it can't pay back.....and then intentionally cut it off from credit......pretty soon the entire nation shuts down as it tries unsuccessfully to service a mathematically impossible debt load to service........

This is known as Zombulation for any of the regular readers of this blog.....

As you are told houses won't fall in price....subprime is contained.....there is no inflation.....we are in a recovery.....jobs are getting better even though OVER 400K NEW claims are being filed for unemployment EACH WEEK at a time when relatively few are hiring....

BUT HERE IS WHAT IS REALLY HAPPENING.....
