The ONLY difference between a Free Person and a Slave

The Free Person owns the right to his or her own production....the SLAVE has little or no right to their own production, it belongs to the master or someone else.

It was the basis for the founding of America.  It is the foundation behind the words NO TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION.....as a tax is simply a forced taking of one's production.

The right to your own production is what the concept of LIFE, LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS drives down into the core of what it means to be American.

Last March we lost much of what our forefathers fought, defended and died for when we let the Federal Government bail out itself and a few select banks and not bail out the citizens.

We essentially, without knowing it at the time, gave up the rights to our own production when we permitted the Federal Government and Bankers consume AS MUCH AS THEY WANTED without any contraints from what we produced(taxes or servicing loans).

In the end, it is a difference without a distinction whether I tax you 100% of what you produce or I have the ability to print as much money as I want and take your production....either way, I own you and your production.......AND I DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO GET IT....

The more I print, the less money is worth and everything one has saved an entire lifetime becomes worthless.  Further, if I cut off credit to the many while primarily extending credit to few.....I can  pretty much shut down anything I want by only giving money to those I choose to.....

We gave up our liberty with the Patriot Act in exchange for the perception of security.....something our government and people NEVER did when confronted with the Nazi regime or Communist Soviet Union.  Something that we were warned NOT to do by our founding fathers.

Now we gave up the rights to our production by allowing government and a few select bankers to print as much money as they wanted in exchange for a temporary perceived prosperity.

Soon we will realize we have neither the rights to our production nor prosperity.  That we have essentially morphed into something legally not too different than slaves to a few.

Welcome to the Digital Age as we proceed into a new legal and financial framework.......as so many still watch the ticker.

When no one knows who owns the rights to an evaporating production base.....

PE firms have billions and nowhere to spend it

Shifting back to your recent question on my blog about control:

A free person owns gold, while a slave trusts in dollars.

Gold is kryptonite to their paper house of cards.

Gold has been kryptonite historically....except when confronted by the man with the bullet.

Whether it will be krytonite in the future is still uncertain.......it could morph into something of a relic or continue to be trearsured....who knows?

In the end, gold is simply a derivative of human production.....and without production...gold is simply a heavy metal.
