If the Soviet leader could watch the healthcare debate unfolding in Congress today, he would certainly feel a sense of schadenfreude. Apparently, 22 Congress Republicans and 20 Democrats have no idea what they are talking about and could be replaced with an OCR recognition program coupled with a voice generator without any loss of functionality.
