First my apologies to Shareplanner and inthemoneystocks for pushing your blogs off the main page, you'll have many more the day to pimp your websites.

For the FoxForce5Contest the end is nigh, so I need too start pumping out these journals like the octomom on steroids...

Our featured stock is Seadrill Partners LLC (NYSE: SDRL) picked by awallejr

Now if Andy had rolled large with 40,000 shrs he would have collected $136,800 in dividends, also $39,600 in shr appreciation. Not too shabby, plus a +11.73% stock gain in the contest. Personally I wouldn't invest in this too much risk, and it didn't pass my 2-minute sniff test.

Of course that is always debatable as I've been practicing my drunken lawyer speech ;)

Well you might skip the last 18 picks, whose performance didn't end up helping the contest portfolio. (Except for making the winner look better.)

I've been in the bottom 5 or 10 on several CAPS contests, I certainly wasn't looking for publicity then :)

Yeah, I could.... but then how would I be able to bash my own pick of MTGE?

I say  proceed forward.

Yeah but give my pick a couple more years and it will be looking much better after those dividends keep rolling in;p  And yes Harry it isn't for the feint of heart since its beta will get that blood pressure boiling.

Ah and since the scotch is kicking in I predict SDRL to be trading in the 50s come 2014-2015.

Well that seems like a perfectly reasonable projection , and I would not argue that point for a second.

Main issue was the risk, which we both agree on. (Wow! this was probably the lamest argument ever on Caps;)

Cheers.

Umm , stock market and risk heheh. Sucker is rising fast tho. 44.17.  I suspect if you look at why the big integrateds are falling, like Mobil and Shell, is for the reason they are finding it harder and harder to replace reserves.  Deepsea is where it is at and that means deepsea rigs which SDRL owns.

Yeah there is Fracking too but even EOG says they bought all the good land so don't look there anymore.
