Time to try ETFs?

I'm running about 50% on my CAPS picks.  Not bad.  Makes me feel I have a little clue what I'm doing.  My picks are mostly hanging in there with a few beating the market pretty well, and some lagging - but not as much as the winners are winning.

 But as an individual investor, it's expensive for me to buy a block of 5 or 10 different stocks with the little bits of money I have to play with.  So I'm going to start following some ETFs; particularly European ones as I think the US is in for a rough ride for a little bit.
