Should these to guys be tried as economic terrorists, but given competent counsel of course and the right to confront their accuser, the citizens of The United States, for the crime of intentionally and/or recklessly debasing the currency of America and Americans in order to bail out their NY Banking Buddies leading to the impoverishing and economic enslavement of the citizens of The United States????

The say political terrorists attack our polictical freedoms, do Bernanke and Geithner hate or economic freedoms???  In the end is there really a difference???

It is just about time we as a nation confornted the problem maturely.....we are out of money......and now we have to figure out how we restructure.....delaying confronting the issue will only make a BIG issue even BIGGER.....

It would be nice to have Volker play a more important role.....time will tell whether Bernanke and Geithner wake up and get serious.

Alstry - After that comment the black helicopters will be landing in your backyard shortly.   How dare you suggest the US does not follow the rule of law, we don’t torture or hold folks w/out bail or representation and everyone will face their accuser in a court of law in this country… even if federal courts have a 96% conviction rate (humans are bound to be wrong more than 96% of the time, but not our glorious government)!
