From the Treasury website:

Only 2 items in this entire contract were blacked out... and both dealt with compensation. Click here for the pdf file, then go to page 25 of 28.

Or how about this contract with a law firm? [goto page 5] If the price ceiling is a mere $300,000... why hide the hourly rates? After all, after watching trillions fly out the window, would we taxpayers really quibble over $300k?  :)

The shadiness of this whole deal continues to give me the creeps.
