April 29, 2011 – Comments (7)

Including an appearance with Thaddeus Russell, author of A Renegade's History of the United States (high up on my reading list.)

Plus Ron vs. a Statist LtCol

And Ron vs. Obama????

Fun stuff.

Stossel and Paul are on the same page, thus, probably bringing in the same like-minded viewers that Stossel always has, maybe just more of them for this occasion. I doubt this episode brought in any new viewers. I'm not trying to harsh a buzz or anything. I just want Paul to start getting some facetime on programs and channels that offer exposure to a broader swath of the population.

Thanks for the clip.

The LtCol in the first interview basically said, "We murder people, and support murderous dictators, so you can have $4 gas and you can continue to live the good life....... You're welcome."

What you say is true but I liked this one because they went through all the typical arguments you see posed against libertarianism. Some of it was low hanging fruit (like, anything Chris Matthews says), and some of it was interesting.  Stossel put some thought into this one.

Thanks for posting.  It saved me from having to find it myself on YouTube.

It was a great interview, although I thought the "debate with President Obama" was a little silly and eventually just skipped until it was over.

I just have one question,...What's the 10% tax for if I don't ask the government for anything?
