Hello Susan.  Yesterday evening, you helped me embed a YouTube video here.  Would you mind sharing with me the formatting code to do that?  Thanks, Steve (BravoBevo)

Thank you for your help on the embed.  And it all seems so simple now.  Here is my first embedhttp://caps.fool.com/Blogs/ViewPost.aspx?bpid=232117&t=01008695137086970515

Thank you again.

Susan ... a woman who likes baseball.  Very nice.

A couple of years ago we brought our sons and daughter to our firm's "Fourth of July" party (a family event).  There was a lot of milling around and socializing and we watched our oldest son as he was checking out the new female associates. He'd wander to a table of ladies and make a small comment about the Astros (we live in Houston).  If no woman pursued the subject, he'd continue on to another table of ladies. Later when I asked him about his process, he said that if "she" has no interest in baseball then he might as well not waste his time on her.  So now my theory is that if a woman really gets into sports, especially American football, baseball or basketball, then she can probably get any guy she wants.

The flip side of my theory is that if a guy can cook, he can get any gal he wants.

Steve, that's cute! I can attest to the guy cooking theory, too.

I joined Caps when the Phillies were heading to the World Series last year. I can't believe they are again. My interest in baseball increased when they opened the new field in Philly. It's clean, and they attract a really good group of fans. Everyone is friendly, and it's a nice atmosphere on a summer evening.

I was lucky enough to be at the final game last year, part 1 & 2. We were all freezing & drenched, but it ended well!

Hey, isusan.  Tell me that you're not the lucky Phillies fan Susan Finkelstein, well, unless you are. Take care, Steve

Hi Steve, lol, that would be a definitive NO! I can't believe an area car dealership & radio show "felt sorry" for her & she received tickets...puh-lease. When the story first broke, I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt until I saw the ad she placed. There was no, umm, mistaking the slant when you read it....

Happily including myself in the "not for sale" category, I paid the $250 for standing room tickets & went Monday night. Keeping my fingers crossed for tonight! I can't get Harry Kalas singing "High Hopes" or the theme from Rocky out of my mind....the perils of being a Philadelphia sports fan.
