Tuesday's 52 Week Highs and Lows

After two days in a row where there were more lows than highs, we finally saw highs number more than lows on Tuesday.

Tuesday saw 476 instances of 54 stocks hitting 52 week lows.  Of those 54, the stock that showed the biggest % drop during the day was Robbins & Myers Inc ( RBN ) which was down 33.33% at one point.  Transocean Inc ( RIG ) had the most new lows set. The stock saw a total of 142 new lows during the day. 

Tuesday saw 849 instances of 93 stocks hitting 52 week highs.  Of those 93, the stock that had the biggest % gain LGL Group ( LGL ) which was up 48.48% at one point. 
The stock with the most new 52 week highs was Express Scripts Inc ( ESRX ) which hit new highs 67 times during the day. 

Through Tuesday, 96 stocks set 52 week lows.  27 stocks set new lows on both Monday and Tuesday.  Those stocks are: ALVR, AMCF, AMCN, BIDZ, CPIX, CVBK, GBDC, GOK, ICLN, JKS, MCBF, MTE, NCTY, NOK, ORN, OTE, PNSN, REVU, RIG, SMTB, SPWRA, SPWRB, STP, STRM, TCL, TNAV and TRMA.

Through Tuesday, 129 stocks set 52 week highs.   28 stocks set new highs on both Monday and Tuesday.  Those stocks are: AIRT, AKAM, AM, AMMD, ASGR, CBOU, CDI, DTPI, GFC/U, HHS, K, KRA, LOGM, MSEX, NAFC, NPO, PACR, PAI, PRAA, RSOL, SUMR, THMD, TREX, TRIB, UPI, VAL, VIRL and VRAD
 
Compared to the same period last week, 52 week lows have increased from a daily average of 24 last week to 62 this week.  Compared to the same period last week, 52 week highs have decreased from a daily average of 87 last week to 79 this week.
