I run ScottradeElite trading platform and use the Highs&Lows windows.  It shows the stock symbol, last price, occurrences, $Change, %Change and Time.

I have one window open that updates every time a stock sets a new 52 week low.  I have another window that updates every time a stock sets a 52 week high.

At the end of each day I copy and paste the lists to an Excel spreadsheet and have macros written to sort and arrange the data so that there is one line for each stock for that day.  That gives me the daily numbers.  I then add each days data to a weekly list and which then generates the weekly averages.  If I knew of a good way to post the spreadsheet itself, I would do it, but I don't know how to do that.

Hope that answers your question as to where I get the data.
