UA takeover bid from Nike?

I received this streaming quote from my broker yesterday, and wanted to pass it along to the Foolish community to get your thoughts.  Has anyone else heard anything about a potential UA takeover bid?  Or, is this just a media stunt to attract eyeballs?

Nike (NKE) is reportedly mulling a takeover bid for Under Armour (UA). This according to the London Times, which reports Nike has been considering an offer for several months. The newspaper said Nike could offer more than $100 per share for Under Armour.
