Hang in there buddy!

The only thing keeping me afloat (relatively) is my accuracy, good old accuracy farming:)

You may begin to see an improvement in your score between July 29 and Aug 6.  Just a prediction, can you guess why?

I'm hoping to improve during that time as well.  I feel your pain, but this too shall pass.

Option3107 - I have just the opposite problem. My accuracy is holding me down.

Of course, I can't "accuracy farm" because all of my CAP picks are real money picks.

binve - Don't worry about your CAPS score, just keep a close eye on your "real money" score. Hope you are doing better there.

I haven't bought fully into your "chart perdictions", but you are sharp enough that it worried me enough to take some profits and go about 40% into cash after the big run ups last week. This allowed/and is allowing me to pick up deals as those same stocks dip back down. The hard part is to keep my finger off the trigger when I see so many tempting goodies out there.

Thanks for all you do.

Have a great day.

Not sure what you are specifically referring to, but I think this wave up wants to put in a turn around that time, if not by the end of this week.

>>I'm hoping to improve during that time as well.  I feel your pain, but this too shall pass.

Thanks :)

Teacherman1 ,

>>Don't worry about your CAPS score

I'm not :) I wrote a post titled 'Fear the Market' when my score went above 20, so I thought it was only fair to 'unfear' it when it dropped back below :)

>>just keep a close eye on your "real money" score. Hope you are doing better there.

A-ok my man! Yeah, most of my 'trades' have varying degrees of success, but I don't lose sleep because my investments are doing well. I am still heavily in gold in various forms, which is by far my biggest holding, and so I am not losing too much sleep over the 2-3 week sized waves in the market.

>>I haven't bought fully into your "chart perdictions",

Fair enough :)

>>but you are sharp enough that it worried me enough to take some profits and go about 40% into cash after the big run ups last week

Thanks! Yeah, something about this bull run feels a lot like a 'trap'. A lot of leading macro indicators are being ignored right now. Very troubling.

>>The hard part is to keep my finger off the trigger when I see so many tempting goodies out there.

:) HAWK looks just like one of those goodies. Selling below scrap and the chart looks very constructive for a bottom here. I picked in Caps yesterday and am considering a nibble in real life.

>>Thanks for all you do.

Thanks man! I appreciate that!..

I don't think you're ever going to climb to a positive score if you keep all those ultra short ETFs open.

The massive decay you've experienced is a sunk cost.  So why not admit you were wrong and give up on them.  Red thumb the ultra longs instead if you like.  Far better risk/reward going forward.

Your score broke 20 today, but hopefully more to come.  I think AEM and EGO did well but GG was not as good as expected.

Well it will not be long now.  Those rating things are overrated!.

By the way, Somehow I got 86ed out of CIL from Columbia blog. Don't know how to get in touch to fix the problem. But if you could get a message to him I would appreciate being able to contribute the Asian perspective.  Honestly do not know what happened.  Don't qualify as a troll.  HHASIA wants back in for CIL, at columbia blog.

Thanks want picture of the binvette!

..Weird? So what happens? You go to http://ewtrendsandcharts.blogspot.com/. and nobody answers when you ask 'AA please'? Hmm, next time I am there (which is pretty infrequent during the day) I will ask and see what's up. .
