Valedictorian Speaks Out Against Schooling in Graduation Speech
I tried to read this, but it froze my screen.
Try this link: http://www.sott.net/articles/show/212383-V...aduation-Speech
That made my morning. It is good to see that there are still people who will speak out against the status quo. I must admit though, I see this as a sign of an enormous top in the markets and economy...people are getting restless....revolution?? revolt?? renaissance?
On the bright side...Cato is hiring and the new building looks awesome!!
Are you referring to me, the clothier or the policy research foundation?
Wow...This girl figured out in high school what I didnt figure out until college. A true valedictorian indeed.
And if we did encourage the type of education she advocates, we would have more entreprenuers and less debt laden corporate slaves. (Hence a lower unemployment rate, among other things)
Thanks for the other link it worked. I was homeschooled so I'm not sure that I can identify with the valedictorian's experience. Food for thought.
I read it I loved the speech i'm 25 and in college and just now starting to get how it works i'm working on building my first two businesses soon working for someone else just isnt for me.
